Intento de Fraude a Slemory v3.0
Tengo que dar las gracias de todo corazón a Matthew Wright que fue quien nos avisó de lo que estaba haciendo ese individuo. Gracias Mat!!!
Slemory ... Juego Diseñado y Creado por KrisS Krasker y PedroRenaut Mariner
Ha sufrido un plagio por parte de un individuo llamado Nasty Heslop, que ha clonado y copiado nuestra maquina Slemory v3.0, y no contento con ello ha vendido copias de la misma sin contemplaciones a un precio muy inferior al que estaban en el mercado. Todo esto de una forma ilegal y descarada.
Inmediatamente nos hemos puesto en contacto con Linden Labs para comunicarles dicha actividad fraudulenta para que tomasen cartas en el asunto, pero la unica respuesta obtenida es que mientras no tengamos una licencia DMA (patente rl) no pueden intervenir en estos casos.
Por una parte, como IT en Informática de Sistemas no entiendo porque no reaccionan y penalizan a indeseable que lo unico que hacen es empañar la imagen de SL, cuando en realidad les supondria muy poco trabajo para evitar que proliferen energumenos como este cuya unica finalidad es la de lucrarse con el trabajo de otros.
Por otra parte y como conclusion final, recomiendo encarecidamente a todos los diseñadores y creadores de SL que no vendan ni distribuyan objetos Modify bajo ningun concepto, ya que con el uso de un simple clonador (script) consiguen tener abiertos todos los permisos de dicho objeto.
Por ultimo señalar que en cualquier caso nunca pueden ver el contenido del script dado que normalmente este no es modify, se hace imposible abrirlos para aprovecharse de los mismo.
Aliento a todos a reivindicar nuestro derecho a una cierta proteccion que deberia ser ofrecida por la propia Linden Labs, y en ningun momento dudeis en denunciar estas conductas que tanto daño hacen a nuestro metaverso favorito.
Esperemos que no proliferen las "malas hierbas" en SL.
